About PopupPD
The folks behind PopupPD are probably a lot like you. We don't like annoying popup windows and we like to surf the web as quickly as possible. So we set out to incorporate popup blocking technology with some extra bells and whistles that make using the internet faster and more fun. What we ended up with was popup free surfing, an easier/faster way to search Google, Amazon, eBay and Overstock, quick shopping links to trusted stores, the ability to add some life to your browser instead ofthat boring grey, and a few other fun things that you'll stumble across as you get use to PopupPD.
No tricks up our sleeve! (No adware, no spyware, etc.)
Did you know that some popup blockers track your movements online (a.k.a. spyware) and some even use the data to market to you (a.k.a. Adware). Others make it practically impossible for you to remove them from you computer, and even worse, some blockers even take control of what sites you're able to visit and how you interact with them. We are VERY proud to say that PopupPD does not take part in any of these predatory practices. Please be assured that PopupPD isn't profiling you or preventing you from seeing/interacting with any sites. To help our egos from time-to-time, we may check to see how many of our toolbars are being used, but we have NO way of telling who's using our toolbars or where they're being used. By the way, did we mention you can remove PopupPD directly from the toolbar itself and you won't even have to restart your computer either.
PopupPD is completely, 100%, funded by affiliate relationships that we have with the merchants found through PopupPD's quick category links. Shop them if you wish, we think you'll enjoy them, but there's no obligation to do so.
